Staying at Spark By Hilton for my American road trip was good! I adored the spacious room, although the breakfast options could improve. A charming experience in Artesia!

Unexpected hospitality on a busy day

I was traveling to celebrate my son's graduation. The staff was genuinely welcoming and even offered me a ride when I had trouble finding one. Really heartwarming!

There was a little hiccup with the air conditioning in my room—it just didn’t seem to cool adequately. Overall, the experience overshadowed this issue though.

Spark By Hilton really impressed me. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, which made my stay quite comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, instantly making me feel at home. I appreciated having a fitness center available. it helped me keep up with my workout routine while away from home. However, the air conditioning wasn’t effective. Even with the thermostat set, the room felt too warm. The breakfast had limited options, needing improvement. Overall, the hotel is great for a short stay, with clean and comfortable accommodations.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms but inconsistent service

The spacious, clean rooms offered a restful stay with incredibly comfortable beds that made my nights enjoyable. The welcoming staff added to the experience, although I encountered a bit of rudeness from one front desk employee during my stay. Overall, it’s a good place to rest, but the service consistency could use improvement.

During my stay, I really appreciated the hotels' convenience to street sculptures just a short walk away and how easy it was to grab a meal at McAlister's Deli, making my city explorations hassle-free and enjoyable.

The kind staff made our stay memorable, and we were especially touched by

their willingness to help evacuate families during the fire chaos. The room was spacious and clean, with all amenities. However, the breakfast could offer more healthy options. Overall, a great experience and much appreciated service made a difficult time easier.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.
